Hello! 👋🏻 Welcome to my site. I'm web developer and support systems analyst with expertise in JavaScript (Node.js, Deno), modern web technologies, REST APIs, and backend development. I enjoy working on side projects, exploring new tech, and building user-focused solutions. With professional experience as a Zendesk Consultant, Developer, and Senior Systems Analyst, I specialize in creating and optimizing customer support systems. I've worked in almost every Zendesk product, from native configuration to building custom apps within and on top of the platform. I'm always open to hearing about roles involving customer support platform enhancements or web development if any of my projects get your attention. Outside of work, I love reading fantasy novels, gaming, and endlessly working on side projects and learning about new tech. Let's connect!
